Reference number : 1660786 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-12-12 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document Expected duration of the contract without the options (in months): 4 The University of Sherbrooke is issuing a call for tenders for the construction or repair work on the roofs of pavilions Z4 and Z6 phase 2 . The work covered by this contract includes, without being exhaustive: The project consists of: Reconstruction of 472 square meters (5,040 square feet) of roof at Z6; The reconstruction of 24 square meters (270 square feet) of roof at Z4; The resurfacing of 39 square meters (420 square feet) of roof at Z6; The resurfacing of 356 square meters (3837 square feet) of roof at Z4. For the execution of the roofing work, it will be necessary to remove the mechanical equipment on the roof in sequence to allow the raising of the frames and to reinstall them by modifying the extraction ducts. There will also be 2 mechanical units to replace, units Z6-UV1UR-01 and Z6-1UR-0. The mechanical and electrical subcontractors will be under contract directly with the Contractor, and for the purposes of the tender, amounts in the form of an allowance will be indicated and must be included in the amount of the tender.
