Reference number : 1636171 Review Title : Professional services for carrying out geotechnical studies as part of the preparation of urban infrastructure projects Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-09-06 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The Ville de Sherbrooke wishes to obtain tenders in the form of a service offer with price presented separately for professional services for the realization of geotechnical studies within the framework of the preparation of infrastructure work projects on the territory of the City of Sherbrooke whose implementation is planned for the years 2023, 2024 and 2025. All according to the terms and conditions described in this call for tenders document. Bids will be evaluated according to a two-step weighting and evaluation system based on a quality/price ratio more fully described in Chapter 3 of this section. In summary, the first step is the qualitative evaluation and the second is the price evaluation for bids that have received at least a score of 70/100 for the qualitative evaluation, also called interim scoring. Two envelopes, one of which contains the price offer, must therefore be used by the tenderers. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
