GENERAL INFORMATION This is a competitive Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) solicitation for a construction contract for the project titled "Fort Gibson Stilling Basin Repairs" located in Muskogee County, Oklahoma. The Government will evaluate proposals in accordance with the criteria described herein and award a firm fixed-price contract to the responsible firm whose proposal conforms to all the terms and conditions of the solicitation and whose proposal is determined to represent the overall best value to the Government. 1.1 GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK The Scope of Work includes but is not limited to, repairing concrete deficiencies within the Fort Gibson Lake Stilling Basin. Repairs to concrete will require the handling of riprap, coarse aggregate, silt, debris, and other foreign material deposited within the stilling basin other than at locations of repairs. All work within the Fort Gibson Lake stilling basin will be accomplished under water.
