BIDDERS are invited to participate in the site visit offered by the PUBLIC BODY. The fact of not participating cannot be used as an excuse or a pretext for errors, omissions or irregularities on the part of a TENDERER. Each BIDDER is responsible for delegating a representative to this meeting. In addition, the PUBLIC BODY assumes no responsibility vis- -vis the BIDDERS who did not show up for the site visit with respect to the information that may have been given during the latter. Decision THE PUBLIC BODY renders its decision by issuing an Addendum. Only equivalences that have been authorized by Addenda are considered by the PUBLIC BODY when studying the conformity of the Submissions. Any decision as to equivalence is at the sole discretion of the PUBLIC BODY.
