Only tenders prepared on the forms provided by the City will be considered. Bidders must read and comply with By-laws 1083-18 and 1166-21 on the management of contracts. Each tender must be accompanied, in addition to the required documents, by a tender guarantee in the form of a certified check made out to the order of the Town of New Richmond for an amount equal to 10% of the amount of the tender or a bid bond in the same amount valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the bid closing date.
