Renovation of Property Complex 1161 located at 131 - 140 Rue des Cèdres ,New Richmond, Quebec, G0C 2B0. Construction work includes: Convert the two five-bedroom units 135A and 137A into four units, including two one-bedroom units (135A and 137A) and two two-bedroom units (135B and 137B). Complete interior renovations of dwellings 131A, 136, 136A, 140 and 140A. Renovation of housing 132A, 132B, 132C, 132D, 133, 134, 135 and 138 as well as the division of housing 133A of five bedrooms into one with one bedroom (133A) and another with two bedrooms (133B). TIMELINE: Design is complete. Project is dependent on funding approvals. Tender for general contractor and construction schedules have not been established yet. Further update in early 2026.
