The Owner will also consider whether the proposal is a responsible proposer. Valley Regional Transit reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the proposals received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of Valley Regional Transit. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
