The City of Dawson Creek invites submissions from qualified consultants or firms to undertake the creation of a Culture, Parks and Recreation Master Plan for the City of Dawson Creek. The City of Dawson Creek is a northeast community in the Peace River Region. The community has both urban and rural residents participating in cultural, parks and recreation services, with the majority from the following areas: City of Dawson Creek, Village of Pouce Coupe, Electoral Area 'D' and Electoral Area 'E' residents. All contract documents are available through BC Bid. The Proponent is solely responsible for ensuring any addenda are downloaded, reviewed, and included in their bid. Proponents must refer to the RFP Documents for the terms governing the Bid process. Proposals shall be prepared and submitted at the sole expense of the proponent and without cost to the Corporation of the City of Dawson Creek. All Proposals received by the City of Dawson Creek Corporate Officer become the property of the Corporation of the City of Dawson Creek and as such are subject to the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. The City of Dawson Creek will not accept bids submitted from companies that are owned by City employees. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
