As of May 9, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The Work Shall Consist of Constructing a 46'- 9" X 21'-9" Pile Supported, Wood Framed Pavilion, a 74' Pile Supported, Wood Framed Boardwalk, a Handicapped Parking Space with an Access Aisle, and Restroom, as Detailed in the Plans and Specifications. Bidding documents shall be available until twenty-four (24) hours before the bid opening date .As evidence of good faith of the bidder, a "Bid Guarantee" equivalent to 5% of the base bid plus any additive alternates, consisting of a firm commitment, such as a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check, shall accompany each bid as assurance that the bidder will, upon acceptance of his bid, execute such contractual documents as may be required and within the time specified.No Pre-Bid Conference is Scheduled. Complete Bid Documents for this project are also available in electronic form and may be obtained without charge and without deposit from Sellers & Associates, Inc.
