The contractor must carry out all the work implicit and inherent in the execution of the work, including those not specifically described, but necessary for the perfect execution of the contractual work. In addition, the contractor is responsible for the coordination, execution of all work and traffic management. As stipulated in article 8 of the general administrative clauses, the tenderer must make sure to include all the documents requested by the City. Failure to provide any of these documents may result in the rejection of the bid. The documents required to prepare a bid will be available on the electronic tendering system as of March 1 , 2022.
