Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Putnam County, Indiana, will receive sealed bids for resurfacing roads requested by the Highway Superintendent. Once bids are submitted they may not be altered or withdraw for a period of sixty (60) days after the opening of the bids, providing the Board of Commissioners makes the award within the sixty (60) day period. The County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids as a whole, or in part, and to accept any part, or the entire bid, deemed most advantageous to the Putnam County Highway Department and not subject to further recourse. The Commissioners may exercise the right, at their discretion, to waive any informalities, or technicalities, in the bidding, so long as the intent and purpose of this notice have been conformed with, and to re-advertise. Bidders must accept these conditions without exception when bidding.
