The contractor shall provide all labor, material, and equipment, required to complete the services described in Exhibit A - Scope of Services, including any TTC, Temporary Traffic Control, Mobilization and Demobilization costs. Pre-qualification Is Required to Bid on This Project FHWA 1273 and Davis Bacon Wage Rates are applicable for this Contract. The contractor shall provide a letter to the Department at the time of bid from a surety authorized to do business in the State of Florida verifying the contractor is bondable in the State of Florida.
