Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Stowe, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a warehouse / distribution facility; and for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility.
A bid bond, certified check or cashier s check drawn to the order of the Pottstown Borough Authority in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid must be submitted as a copy with proposal as Bid Security, which will be returned after the award of the contract. Bids may not be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the time affixed for the bid opening. The Pottstown Borough Authority reserves the right to reject any of all bids or any part thereof in the best interest of the Pottstown Borough Authority. The pole building specifications and picture of the pole building placement at the Pottstown Water Treatment Plant can be found in the attachments. The Bidder should provide color choices at the time of the bid. Prevailing wage shall apply and the target date to start would be no later than June 1, 2022. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 3/8/2022 10:00 AM
