Contract A -Pavement Maintenance on various roads throughout the Township including: 10,210 S.Y. of 3 Rotomilling, 550 L.F. of 24 Keyways, 645 S.Y. of Soft Spot Base Repair, 8 Each Inlet/Manhole Adjustments, 1,765 Tons of 2 19 mm Superpave Bituminous Binder, 10,210 S.Y. of 1 9.5 mm Superpave Wearing Surface, 6,215 L.F. of 6 x 18 Bituminous Wedge Curb, Traffic Control and Restoration. Contract A - Add Alternates Pavement Maintenance on Various Roads including: 3,175 S.Y. of 3 Rotomilling, 200 L.F. of 24 Keyways, 170 S.Y. of Soft Spot Base Repair, 6 Each Inlet/Manhole Adjustments, 525 Tons of 2 19 mm Superpave Bituminous Binder, 3,175 S.Y. of 1 9.5 mm Superpave Wearing Surface, 3,400 L.F. of 6 x 18 Bituminous Wedge Curb, Traffic Control and Restoration. Contract B - Pavement Maintenance and Stabilization on Various Roads including 100 L.F. of 24 Keyways, 4,850 S.Y. of Base Stabilization, 185 tons of Portland Cement, 175 S.Y. of Soft Spot Base Repair, 650 tons of 2 19mm Superpave Bituminous Binder, 4,850 SY of 1.5 9.5 mm Fine Graded Superpave Wearing, Traffic Control and Restoration. Contract C Pavement Maintenance on various roads including 1,300 S.Y. of Base Repair, 13,750 S.Y. of Surface Treatment, 13,750 S.Y. of Fog Seal, and Traffic Control and Restoration. Proposals shall be delivered in a sealed envelope and clearly marked on the outside with the words either 2022 Pavement Maintenance Program Contract A , 2022 Pavement Maintenance Contract B , or 2022 Pavement Maintenance Contract C . All bidders shall be PennDOT pre-qualified and submit their PennDOT Pre-Qualification Certificates as well as the Non-Collusion Affidavit with the Proposal in order for the Proposal to be considered responsive. All bidders must be PennDOT pre-qualified as a prime contractor and meet the work classification codes of E, F, and F1. All bids submitted must have the contractor s valid pre-qualification certification attached to the outside of the bid or it will be rejected. The Proposals must be made to Chartiers Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania, and shall remain firm for a period of sixty (60) days. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, or any part thereof, for any reason, and also reserves the right to waive any informality therein. The Bidder is advised that the Township will award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder based on the total bid submitted. However, the bidder is advised that the Township expressly reserves the right to reject all bids, and specifically reserves the right to award to the lowest responsible bidder for a contract for all or any portions of the work listed in the proposal and in awarding a contract for less than the total work listed, or less than all portions of the work listed, the contract priced will be determined from the total quantities for each item listed and the unit price bid for each item listed.
