Renovation of a water / sewer project in Orleans, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
IFB: WTP Lagoon Replacement Project. The work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals required for the completion of the Town of Orleans Water Treatment Plant Lagoon Upgrade/Replacement Project. These improvements are summarized in Section 01010 and are depicted on the Contract Drawings, and include, but are not limited to mechanical process and electrical improvements to the existing Water Treatment Plant pumps. 5896717Construction must be complete 160 calendar days from and including issuance of a Notice to Proceed, and/or receipt of fully executed contract. Bidders must agree also to pay liquidated damages as stated in the Agreement, in the amount of $1,000 dollars for each day beyond the Contract Completion date, for which Substantial Completion is not achieved.
