Roof and Gutter ReplacementThe Orleans Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the 667-1 Asphalt Roof Shingles Gutters and Downspouts Replacement, #224062 in Orleans, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Rescom Architectural, Inc The Project consists of: Removal and Replacement of existing asphalt shingle roofing system down to existing sheathing, including all flashings, underlayment's, gutters, and downspouts. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 26 to 27H inclusive. THIS PROJECT IS BEING ELECTRONICALLY BID AND HARD COPY BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (considering all alternates), and made payable to the Orleans Housing Authority.
