Renovation of a medical facility in Santa Cruz, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
This project is for licensed contractors with a Type C39, Roofing Contractors License to address primarily the aged and deferred maintenance issues with the 2000sf flat roof area membrane removal and replacement to include the short parapet walls and secondarily address roof penetration water sealant issues at vent pipes, mechanical equipment anchors, etc. Reference should be made to Exhibit A attached and The Garland Company Roof Inspection Report dated October 14, 2019.Prior to bidding, interested contractors are required to attend a pre-bid conference and review of the work site, at 1040 Emeline Avenue, Santa Cruz, on a Date To Be Determined by The Garland Company. All pre-bid questions should be directed to Mark Martinez at Mark.Martinez@santacruzcounty.us and/or calling at (831) 713-9533. Each bidder must submit a bid proposal for the project for which they intend to bid to afaville@garlandind.com and copy Justine Leonard at Justine.Leonard@santacruzcounty.us. The County, through General Services Department and in communication with The Garland Company, reserves the right to reject any or all bids received as the public good may require.
