Renovation of a parking garage in Leominster, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
Bring an underground parking garage into compliance including, but not limited to: replacing overhead garage door, add lighting and gate controls, and removing fire proofing material. Site Location: 840 N. Main Street Leominster, MA 01453 Remove existing sectional overhead door. Provide 24-gauge, 2" thick insulated sectional garage door, approximately 7' high by 8' wide. Basis of design, Overhead Door Model 432, with vision panels [or approved equal]. Remove existing hollow metal door and frame next to sectional door. Provide 34" wide by 80" high 16-gauge insulated galvanized hollow metal door and 2", 14-gauge galvanized hollow metal frame with dimple anchors. Provide cantilevered post-mounted request to exit push-button control. Button shall simultaneously control overhead sectional door and gate arm. Provide 24" diameter post-mounted concave mirror opposite the ramp. Bottom of mirror to be at 7'-6" above the sidewalk Contractor is allotted 60 calendar days
