Only tenders prepared on the forms provided by the City will be considered. Bidders must read and comply with By-laws 1083-18 and 1166-21 on the management of contracts. Each tender must be accompanied, in addition to the required documents, by a tender guarantee in the form of a certified check made out to the order of the Town of New Richmond for an amount equal to 10% of the amount of the tender or a bid bond in the same amount valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the bid closing date. The Town of New Richmond reserves the right to award the contract in whole or in part and does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received, nor to incur any obligation, nor any costs of any kind. towards the tenderer or tenderers. The deadline for filing a complaint about the contract award process is March 14, 2022. award is subject to final approval.
