Remove, demolish and backfill swimming pool. Remove all lamp posts, vinyl fencing, and brick pavers. Locate, pump, remove septic, then backfill. Remove all concrete and footers. Remove all building materials and debris. Stone retaining wall is to remain. Additional dirt may be necessary to backfill to a 3:1 slope. Seed and straw all disturbed working areas.
