Gwinnett County may charge the Contractor $500.00 (Five Hundred and no/100 Dollars), per day for every day past the completion date of the contract The Work consists of: 1. Replaster Pool 2. Selected pool tile removal and new tile installation. Repair/re-grouting of the tile scheduled to remain. See Unit Price in the quote schedule. 3. Caulk replacement. 4. Cleaning of pool/deck areas, fill and balance for public use.
