The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, equipment and supervision to remove and replace existing equipment and render operational a new Carrier Model 38AUQ 7.5 ton outdoor unit and Carrier Model 40RUQ indoor air handler, or agency-approved equal meeting or exceeding the specifications herein. All equipment, materials and installation work shall comply with these specifications, and conform to the Virginia OSHA Standard, and the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Codes. Work is to be completed Monday-Friday beginning at 8am and coordinated with the Park Manager. A site visit is REQUIRED prior to bidding if one has not previously been conducted for this project.
