EQUEST FOR PROPOSALS BUILDING 1470 ROOF COATING & REPAIRS PORT SAN ANTONIO The Port Authority of San Antonio, (the Authority ), plans to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking responses from qualified firms/teams to provide roof coating and repairs to Building 1470 in accordance with associated plans and specifications at Port San Antonio. RFP documents are available in PDF format on March 1, 2022, on the Authority s website at www.portsanantonio.us/bizops A mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for March 8, 2022, at 2:00 PM CST in the Port s East Conference Room, at 907 Billy Mitchell Blvd., Suite 110, San Antonio, Texas 78226. A Mandatory Site Tour is scheduled immediately following the pre-proposal conference. Responses will not be accepted from prime firms not in attendance at the mandatory pre-proposal conference and site visit. Contractors attending the site visit must have a photo ID for each individual attending. All employees of contractors and sub- -contractors working on the interior and/or exterior of this building must be a U.S. Citizen with proper identification. Responses are due prior to 4:00 PM CST, April 4, 2022.
