Bid packages may be picked up and returned between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday thru Friday at the KRMA facility. Completed bid packages must be addressed to KRMA and clearly marked: Sealed Bid for: Sludge Disposal , Bids may be hand-delivered or sent via the U.S. Postal Service and must be placed inside a sealed express envelope. All completed bids will be time-stamped and dated once in the KRMA office. KRMA will not be responsible for bids lost in the mail. Bids for chemical supply are as follows: (1) Sodium Hydroxide (2) Sodium Hypochlorite (3) Sulfur Dioxide (Ton Cylinders) (4) Chlorine (Ton Cylinders) (5) Struvite Scale Treatment (6) Polymer Bidders can, and may bid on any individual chemical service, or all if desired. Bidders will also be required to comply with all laws governing the safe transportation and delivery of all such equipment, services, and chemicals, including insurance requirements and prevailing wage laws where applicable.
