The Illinois Department of Human Services (DHS) is seeking bids for the removal of five (5) water heaters and installation of four (4) hot water heaters and two (2) circulating pumps in buildings 514,100,313 and 502 on the Shapiro Center campus located at 100 E. Jeffery St, Kankakee, Illinois. THIS PROCUREMENT IS SUBJECT TO SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE PROGRAM VENDORS ONLY. The resulting contract with the awarded Bidder shall have an initial term of upon date of contract execution through June 30, 2024. In no event will the total term of the contract, including the initial term, any renewal terms, and any extensions exceed ten (10) years. 30 ILCS 500/20-60. Subject to the maximum total term limitation, DHS has the option to renew for the following terms: No Renewal options.
