The sector's underground services were built in 2010. The project includes, in particular, the adjustment of drainage, the construction of the pavement structure, signage and the construction of a sidewalk up to the intersection with Saint- Louis. Only bids from contractors having an establishment in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental market liberalization agreement is applicable, in a province or territory covered by this agreement will be considered, for the purposes of awarding the contract. Contractors must hold the license required under the Building Act (RSQ cB-1.1). The bid as well as all other documents to be provided will be deemed valid for a period of 90 days.
