A summary of the scope of work for the project include: Headworks facility with screening, grit removal and lift station (x2) 3 cell - 4.5 MGD Sequencing Batch Reactor WWTP 2 cell Aerobic Sludge Digesters w/ digested sludge pump station Ultraviolet Disinfection System in building Non-potable Water System in building High Efficiency Blowers in building Dual Belt Filter Press in building w/ sludge loading Miscellaneous Buildings - Operations / Control / Laboratory Facility / Electrical buildings Effluent Lift Station with Cascade Aeration Concrete lined Flow Equalization Basin w/ return Lift Station (x2) Associated piping, flow measurement and miscellaneous equipment with appurtenances Associated SCADA & Electrical systems with appurtenances Demolition of Existing WWTP (x2) 48,000 of 24 HDPE Forcemain 5,000 of 30 HDPE Forcemain The estimated construction cost of the project is $59,000,000. Funding for this project is provided through a Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) Loan (ORF 20-0018-CWA) from the Oklahoma Water Resources Board (OWRB). As such, compliance with the Davis Bacon Act, American Iron and Steel, and Labor Standards Contract Provisions is mandatory. System for Award Management (SAM) registration is required for all contractors. Contractors desiring to submit a bid as a prime contractor for this project MUST submit their qualifications to the Owner and Engineer for approval. Contractors determined by Owner and Engineer to be qualified to perform the Work on the basis of their submitted qualifications will be notified that they have been prequalified for submitting a bid for the construction of the Project. Only prequalified bidders will be permitted to submit Bids for the construction project. Any Bids received from Bidders who were not prequalified will be returned unopened. Plans have been provided and are VERY preliminary in nature and represent only enough information to convey scope. Additionally, not all unit processes have been detailed (i.e. belt filter press.) They are only meant to provide the contractor enough detail to make a decision on potential interest in bidding the project. They are not to be relied up in ANY other manner and the final bidding documents may change significantly. Scope of work to be completed at the Southside WWTP will include construction of a pretreatment facility (headworks with grit removal) with stormwater holding adjacent to the existing treatment plant. The pretreated wastewater will them be pumped through 48,000' of 24" HDPE forcemain to the Northside WWTP for final treatment. Upon completion and startup, the existing Southside facility will be demolished. Scope of work to be completed at the Northside WWTP is the construction of a new 4.5 MGD Sequencing Batch Reactor Wastewater Treatment Plant. The WWTP will be constructed in an area north of the existing Northside WWTP facility.
