This Project is Phase 1 Construction of the Fire Services SE Campus located in Bridgewater, MA. This first phase of a long-term build out will include demolition of existing dormitory buildings, construction of new site utilities and infrastructure, and construction of a new Class A Burn Building Prop. The site is an 18-acre site, currently containing existing buildings and paved areas. The project build area is nine-acres located at the north end of the campus site. Plumbing ($58,000) This is a Construction Management at Risk Project under M.G.L. c. 149A. Interested firms MUST submit a Qualification Statement by the deadline and be prequalified on this Project. DCAMM Certification applies for this Process. This Request for Qualifications is the first part of a two-step process for Trade Contractors. First, interested firms must submit the Qualification Statement.
