The Town is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide an AES based alarm system alternative to the Towns existing commercial fire alarm system customers. Two separate sealed envelopes, a sealed envelope containing one (1) original, two (2) copies, and one (1) electronic copy on USB drive of the non-price proposal marked Non-Price Proposal - Request for Proposal for Fire Alarm AES Based Alarm System and one (1) sealed envelope containing the price proposal form marked Price Proposal - Fire Alarm AES Based Alarm System must be received by the Town Manager by the deadline time and date. Any proposals received after such time will not be accepted. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any minor informalities in the proposal process, and accept the proposal deemed to be the most advantageous proposal.
