Plumbing Second Request Trade RFQ Request for Qualifications for Trade Contractors for One (1) Trade Contractor Package: Plumbing - Second Request ($58,000), for Fire Services SE Campus, Site Infrastructure and Burn Building, Bridgewater, MA. This Project is Phase 1 Construction of the Fire Services SE Campus located in Bridgewater, MA. This first phase of a long-term build out will include demolition of existing dormitory buildings, construction of new site utilities and infrastructure, and construction of a new Class A Burn Building Prop. The site is an 18-acre site, currently containing existing buildings and paved areas. The project build area is nine-acres located at the north end of the campus site. This is the first phase of a long-term build out and will include demolition of existing dormitory buildings, construction of new site utilities and infrastructure; and construction of a new Class A Burn Building Prop. Plumbing ($58,000) This is a Construction Management at Risk Project under M.G.L. c. 149A. Interested firms MUST submit a Qualification Statement by the deadline and be prequalified on this Project. DCAMM Certification applies for this Process. This Request for Qualifications is the first part of a two-step process for Trade Contractors. First, interested firms must submit the Qualification Statement. Then, at a later date, only prequalified firms will be invited to submit bids for the category of works in which they were prequalified. This Qualification Statement is different from DCAMM Certification.
