The work consists of renovating the existing campus and building a new administrative wing, performing arts wing, cafeteria wing, and three-story academic wing. The new construction is primarily steel framing, with the building envelope consisting of precast panels, phenolic panels, and insulated metal panels. The site work includes landscaping, driveways, access roads, sidewalks, and parking. In Phase 1, existing buildings E & F will be demolished, and new E, F, addition to G wing, and renovation of G & N will be completed.
