Site work for a mixed-use development in Eastham, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work to be performed under this contract includes but is not limited to: site work including removal of cesspool(s), removal of pavement, grading, installation of septic tanks, pressure dosed leach fields, treatment trains and treatment sheds, grease traps, distribution boxes, access caps, vent(s), site restoration including loaming and seeding. The contractor shall furnish all equipment, tools, labor and materials to complete project in accordance with specifications. Includes but is not limited to: removal of cesspool(s), removal of pavement, grading, installation of septic tanks, pressure dosed leach fields, treatment trains and treatment sheds. BID documents can be obtained on the town website eastham-ma.gov. Questions pertaining to the bid documents will be accepted until seven days prior to the bid opening, on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 by 2:00PM.
