Renovation of a mixed-use development in East Grand Forks, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and library.
The project consists of the removal of the existing Ballasted EPDM roof on Fire Station #1 and installation of a new 60 Mil Ballasted EPDM roof system. Alternate bids for installing a fully adhered 60 mil roof system. We will be adding 1 overflow roof drain and 7 overflow scuppers. New guy wire supports and the removal and reinstallation of the existing lightning protection system. Additionally we will be receiving bids for asphalt shingle roof repairs and the addition of heat cable system on the Campbell library.
