Renovation of a municipal facility in East Grand Forks, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Site Directions: 1010 5th Avenue NE, East Grand Forks, MN The project consists of the removal of the existing Ballasted EPDM roof on the water and light distribution center and installation of a new 60 Mil Ballasted EPDM roof system. To the greatest extent possible we will re-use the existing insulation and add 4" of polyisocyanurate insulation and 1/2" cover board. All questions, clarifications, etc., arising from this inspection of the existing building shall be put in writing and shall be delivered directly to the Architect/Engineer no later than 2:00 pm on the following day. All answers, clarifications, interpretations, etc., will be issued only in the form of a written addenda to the contract documents. This addendum will then be issued directly to all bidders holding sets of contract documents. No other access to the building will be permitted prior to contract award.
