A- 32) authorizing it to practice suretyship insurance, a trust company holding a permit issued under the Act respecting trust companies and savings companies (CQLR, c. S-29.01), a cooperative financial services covered by the Act respecting financial services cooperatives (CQLR, c. C-67.3) or a bank within the meaning of the Bank Act (SC, 1991, c. 46), failing which the tender will be automatically rejected. DURATION OF THE CONTRACT The contract is for a period of three (3) years, from May 1, 2022 to April 30, 2025. CONDITIONS Only will be considered for the purposes of awarding the contract, bids from contractors having: an establishment in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by this agreement, in particular trade and cooperation between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO); Quebec and New Brunswick Agreement (AQNB). the license required under the Building Act (CQLR, cB-1.1); an attestation issued by Revenu Qu bec if he has an establishment in Qu bec, or the Absence d'organisation au Qu bec form duly completed, if applicable. Tendering contractors are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their tenders.
