Renovation of a municipal facility in Foley, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Office Renovations in the Baldwin County Satellite Courthouse, Foley, Alabama for the Baldwin County Commission Install new wood door on west side of office, cut in half, with 12" x 24" glass window, lock top and bottom. All bidders will have to visit the site during the mandatory pre-bid meeting to take their own measurements. Final payment shall be withheld until provisions ofthe specifications are met as stated on page 4, Title 39, Section (f) ofthe bid, including all necessary cleanup, and the Baldwin County Commission receives written verification of completion and intent to warranty job, by the Manufacturing Company. 1. Come out from existing wall beyond 3rd row oflight fixture, running north and south, build a 40' long wall out of 2x4 wood studs. 2. Build a partition wall in half(20') from 40' wall, back south to existing wall (17'). 3. Use 5/8" sheet rock on new walls, paint with Sherwin Williams latex paint. 4. Install 1 double wooden door to entrance of 1st conference room from hallway and paint. 5. Put 6 lights in conference room on separate light switch from rest ofroom. 6. Install commercial grade carpet squares throughout common area. 7. Remove south pony wall, leave north pony wall. 8. Install 4 electrical outlet (110 volts) in each conference room. White 20-amp commercial grade, white covers. 9. Relocate light fixture as shown on attached drawings. 10. Install insulation in conference room hall for sound barrier. 11. Separate pricing on office and conference rooms.
