The Work of this tender is to provide all machinery, tools, apparatus, materials and other means of construction for Kingston Road and Finch Avenue projects all in accordance with the plans, specifications, and drawings prepared by the City. Installation of a new 1.8m asphalt sidewalk, which includes: - Asphalt sidewalk installation including a new granular base and new asphalt - Installation of two new culverts. - Installation of concrete apron sidewalk bays complete with tactile warning plates (at driveway entrances). - Installation of a pedestrian handrail, and reflective stickers for utility poles. - Complete boulevard restoration to all areas affected by construction (fine grading, sodding and seeding where required). Complete new sidewalk installation of Finch Avenue that includes: - Sidewalk installation, including a new 1.8m asphalt and concrete sidewalk, new granular base, new tactile plates and new pedestrian handrail as indicated. - Culverts installation, including new cross-drainage culverts for sidewalk and extension of the existing culverts for driveways as indicated. - Restoration of the existing roadway, gravel shoulder, concrete curb and gutter, and concrete sidewalk as indicated. - Complete boulevard restoration to all areas affected by construction (fine grading, sodding and seeding where required).
