Douglas County School District No. 28-0054, commonly known as Ralston Public Schools (the District ), is requesting bids from qualified individuals or entities to complete an HVAC improvement project at Ralston Middle School, including but not necessarily limited to removal and replacement of an air handling unit and related cooling coils at one or more gymnasium locations. (1)May 31, 2022: The project site will be available immediately upon the District issuing a Notice to Proceed, with construction to commence on or about this date. (2) August 5, 2022: Substantial completion.
