As of December 12, 2022, notice to proceed was issued August, 2022, construction is underway and expected to be completed by the end of Q1, 2022. This Project will be replacing approximately 1,200 LF of 6 to 8 asbestos cement pipe with new 8 ductile iron pipe for the potable water main and will construct new fire hydrants, water services, and a water sampling station. The project will also be repairing the road pavement on Cottonwood Court between Fullerton Avenue and Aspen Street. This project will also include removing the physical connection between the distribution main and the well line. All prospective bidders shall access the Documents & Attachments Tab to review and download all bid documents posted on the website for the Project. The solicitation documents include, but are not limited to, bid and contract documents, specifications, drawings, appendices, and required bid forms.
