Renovation of an educational facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This solicitation is being issued by the Salt Lake City School District (SLCSD) in conjunction with McKinstry Essention, consultant on the SLCSD Carbon Neutral Program. This solicitation is a Two-Stage Solicitation for Electrical Installations at two SLCSD elementary schools, Backman and Uintah. Stage 1 of this solicitation is a request for statement of qualifications (SOQs) (for pre-qualification), and Stage 2 is an Invitation for Bid. Vendors who are successfully pre-qualified after SOQs are evaluated and scored in Stage 1 will move on to Stage 2 where bids will be opened, reviewed and evaluated. Only Bids received from vendors qualified during Stage 1 will be opened. To ensure that you fully understand this solicitation and the requirements contained herein, you must download and review ALL documents/attachments. ALL questions concerning this solicitation must be submitted in writing through the BidSync system. Questions submitted in any other format will not be addressed. Only answers issued through the system or issued via an authorized and properly issued addendum shall be the official position of the State. DOD NOT Contact the SLCSD community education department during this procurement process. Doing so may result in your SOQ being rejected as non-responsive. The question and answer period ends at 7:00 A.M. on Thursday, November 17, 2022.
