**As of February 13, 2024 project was awarded to Landberg Construction, awarded amount is $1,333,090.04.** Work under this contract shall include furnishing all labor, equipment and materials required to complete the street and utility reconstruction of East 7th Avenue between Central and Atlantic Avenues and Atlantic Avenue between 6th and 8th Avenues, in the City of North Wildwood. Project Description The Bid includes the replacement of sanitary services, storm drainage improvements, water mains and water services, ADA compliant curb ramps, concrete curbing, concrete gutter, concrete sidewalk, and reinforced concrete driveway aprons; roadway reconstruction, site clearing and demolition, roadway striping, topsoil and landscape restoration of areas disturbed adjacent to the curbing and sidewalk on East 7th Avenue between Central and Atlantic Avenues and on Atlantic Avenue between 6th and 8th Avenues. Checks shall be made payable to Pennoni. All bids must be accompanied by bid security. The bid security shall be in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond executed by the principal and surety company attorney in fact and witnessed and attested to with the power of attorney attached, in the amount of 10% of the amount of the bid but not to exceed $20,000.00 and made payable to 'City of North Wildwood' and 'City of Wildwood'. In addition to the certified check, cashier's check or bid bond as bid security, each bid must be accompanied by a Consent of Surety of a surety company licensed to do business in the State of New Jersey and acceptable to the City of North Wildwood and the City of Wildwood that in event of an award of a Contract to the bidder, said surety will furnish the required bonds in the sum of the full amount of the bid as set forth and as required herein. The successful Bidder must furnish a 100% Performance Bond and 100% Labor and Material Payment Bond in conformity with the requirements of the Contract Documents.
