The awarding of the contract is conditional on the entry into force of a loan by-law aimed at ensuring the financing of the work and obtaining the grant from the PRIMEAU program. The Municipality incurs no responsibility for the fact that the written opinions or any documents conveyed by the electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever.
