The State of Montana, Natural Resource Damage Program, is issuing an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for construction services. A more complete description of the services are provided in the Invitation to Bid and other Bidding Documents found in the Buyer Attachments. Bids submitted in response to this IFB must comply with the instructions and procedures presented in the Bid Documents.All Work must be completed within 750 days of the date of Notice to Proceed. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents must be submitted in writing through eMACS no later than 2:00 P.M. Mountain Time on March 15, 2022.The Site can be accessed from the Brock Creek Road by exiting Interstate 90 at the Phosphate Exit approximately four miles west of Garrison, Montana and then traveling north on the Brock Creek Road approximately 4.6 miles.
