** This project has been awarded to Rotschy Inc. in the amount of $4,755,854. ** The NE 20th Avenue Trunk Project (Project) will construct approximately 3,700 feet of new 30-inch gravity sewer pipe, from an existing maintenance hole at the intersection of NE 152nd Avenue and NE 20th Avenue to an existing maintenance hole in NE 139th Street on the north side of Legacy Pump Station. The project also includes connection of 2 existing sewer services into the existing section of 30-inch trunk sewer in NE 20th Avenue north of the main pipeline installation, extension and connection of several existing sanitary sewer services to the new section of 30-inch sewer, abandonment of a section of the existing sanitary sewer (and maintenance holes) in NE 20th Avenue from the intersection of NE 155th Street and NE 20th Avenue to approximately 540 feet south of the intersection of NE 144th Street and NE 20th Avenue, bypass pumping, and all other associated Work, for the Clark Regional Wastewater District in accordance with the Contract Plans and Contract Provisions. The Board of Sewer Commissioners reserves the right to waive informalities in the bidding, accept a proposal of the lowest responsible bidder, reject any or all bids, republish the call for bids, revise or cancel the work, or require the work to be done in another way if the best interest of the District is served. This online plan center provides Bidders with free of charge access to these documents with the ability to email, download, and view full/partial plan sets and any addenda. If a Bidder has not previously done so, the Bidder will need to create a free user account. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish a satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the District.
