The documents relating to this call for tenders can be obtained by contacting the electronic tendering system by contacting one of its representatives by telephone at 1 866 669-7326 or 514 856-6600, or by consulting the website, quoting the reference number MONM-20220301. The documents can be obtained at the cost established by the electronic tendering system. The City of Shawinigan incurs no liability for the fact that written notices or any documents conveyed by electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, any tenderer must make sure, before presenting his tender, to obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders. The City of Shawinigan is not bound to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received, nor to incur any obligation or any costs towards the tenderer(s). Bid Bond 5000$ is required. Performance and Material Bond 50% is required.
