TENDER GUARANTEE: In the form of a surety bond by authorized company, equivalent to: 10% of the bid amount or a certified cheque, a money order, a bank draft payable to the applicant for the work (OMH de Shawinigan) , an irrevocable letter of guarantee in favor of the said applicant or bonds payable to bearer. These must be issued or guaranteed by the Government of Quebec or Canada and the term must not exceed five years.
