Plans, specifications, contractual and other documents may be consulted by contacting the electronic tendering service (SEAO) by contacting one of the representatives by telephone at 1 866 669-7326 or 514 856-6600 or by consulting the website: www.seao.ca. The documents can be obtained at the cost established by the SEAO. Tenders must be accompanied by a certified check, payable to the Center de services scolaire de l'Énergie, corresponding to ten percent (10%) of the amount of the tender, or a tender bond, established at same amount, valid for a period of 45 days from the date of opening of tenders. This tender guarantee must be exchanged at the signing of the contract for a performance guarantee and a guarantee of obligations for wages, materials and services as mentioned in the general conditions of the tender documents.
