It shall be necessary that the CONTRACTOR increase the face amount of the Bond to equal each net increase, if any, in the original Contract price. Dimmit County reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and any nonconforming Bid and to award the Contract in a period of time not exceeding 60 days from the Bid opening date. Bids shall remain firm for that period.
