2022 TANK PAINTING TENNY STANDPIPE AND RUNNELLS WATER TOWER The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to: Tenny Standpipe General Information: This standpipe contains 4,100,00 gallons to provide water to areas within the Des Moines water distribution system and is located at 4006 Merle Hay Rd. in Des Moines, Iowa. Scope: Provide materials, equipment, and labor necessary including surface preparation for exterior and interior surfaces and application of new selected coating system. Any other miscellaneous work and repairs to be completed as needed. Runnells Water Tower General Information: This tank is a double ellipse elevated water storage tank containing 50,000 gallons to provide water to the City of Runnells and is located at 606 Brown St. in Runnells, Iowa. Scope: Provide materials, equipment, and labor necessary including surface preparation for exterior and interior surfaces and application of new selected coating system. Any other miscellaneous work and repairs to be completed as needed. Wilchinski Utility Building General Information: There is a 20 foot by 11 foot by 8 foot aluminum utility building on the grounds of the Wilchinski Standpipe at 903 E. Pleasant View Dr. Scope: Provide materials, equipment, and labor necessary including surface preparation for exterior sidewalls and application of new selected coating system. Any other miscellaneous work and repairs to be completed as needed.
