As of June 20, 2022, project has been awarded for Sharon Dawes to Dougherty Company, Inc. in the amount of $3,127,000.00, Ruthlawn Elementary to Nitro Construction Services, Inc. in the amount of $2,179,699.00, Shoals Elementary to Casto Technical Service in the amount of $2,342,977.00, and Montrose Elementary to Casto Technical Service in the amount of $1,570,914.00. The Kanawha County Schools Purchasing Department on behalf of the Facilities Planning Department is soliciting bids to provide HVAC Replacement and Renovation for: Sharon Dawes, Ruthlawn, Shoals and Montrose Elementary Schools. Project Locations: Sharon Dawes Elementary 5118 Cabin Creek Road Miami, WV 25134 Ruthlawn Elementary 736 Ruthdale Road Charleston, WV 25309 Shoals Elementary 100 Dutch Road Charleston, WV 25302 Montrose Elementary 631 Montrose Drive Charleston, WV 25303 Date of final completion shall be achieved by August 30, 2022. The last day for questions shall be as follows: A. Tuesday, March 29, 2022, at 2:00pm EST.
